Getting started
Follow these steps to generate your first description and then try a bulk run.
First single description
- Open Product list and find a product (or open the product in Shopify admin and use the app block).
- Click Generate (or open the app from the product page).
- Enter a few keywords (e.g. “organic cotton”, “handmade”, “water-resistant”).
- Choose tone and length if you want to override defaults.
- Click Generate. When the text appears, edit if needed, then Save to update the product.
First bulk run (by collection)
- Open Generate by collection.
- Select one or more collections.
- Choose language and options (e.g. overwrite existing or skip).
- Start the job. Progress is shown on the page; you can leave and come back.
- When finished, check your products in Shopify — descriptions will be updated.
Credits & billing
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 AI generation. One product description, one SEO title, or one meta description each cost one credit. Your balance is shown on the Dashboard and under Settings → Usage.
How do I get credits?
- Subscription plans – monthly refill. Choose a plan on the Pricing page; credits are added at the start of each billing cycle.
- One-time purchase – buy a credit pack on the Pricing page without a subscription.
Where do I see my usage?
Go to Settings → Usage. You’ll see current balance, generations in the last 30 days, average daily usage, and (if we can estimate it) how many days your credits will last.
Tips for best results
- Use clear keywords (e.g. “vegan leather”, “wireless”, “kids size 4–6”).
- Set category prompts in Settings so collections share the same style.
- Use snippets for repeated instructions like “Always mention free returns”.
- Check Usage regularly and top up before large bulk jobs.
- Pick the right tone (Luxury, Friendly, Professional, etc.).
Frequently asked questions
How do I generate a description for a single product?
Go to Product list (or open a product in Shopify admin and use the app block). Enter keywords, choose tone and length, then click Generate. Edit if needed before saving.
How do I generate descriptions in bulk?
Use Generate by collection: pick collections, choose language and options, then run the job. The app processes products in the background.
Can I edit generated text?
Yes. You always review and edit drafts before applying them to products.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation is blocked until you top up via a subscription plan or a one-time credit pack on the Pricing page.
Can I generate in multiple languages?
Yes. Select store locales in Settings and in Generate by collection to generate in the desired language(s).
What if I cancel the app?
Existing descriptions in your store remain. You simply lose access to further generation and refills.
How do you handle my data?
We only process data needed to generate descriptions (e.g. product title, type, keywords). See the Privacy Policy for details.
What if something goes wrong?
Check your Usage page for credits. If the issue persists, note the error and page, then contact support at the bottom of the main page.
